What is a Pure Insight Webinar?
A Pure Insight Webinar is an hour-long audio-stream incorporating a simultaneous WebEx™ slide presentation by a Pure Insight expert.

What does registration include?
Your Webinar registration includes:

  1. Full joining instructions
  2. A printable preview slide-set of the entire session
  3. One WebEx™ connection at one physical location to the live event 
  4. Complimentary access to one recording of the webinar

How does it work?
You will receive a confirmation email of your purchase along with detailed joining instructions 24-48 hours prior to the event. We provide session details, links and everything you need to successfully connect to the speaker's presentation. Audio is played out  using the speakers on your computer or, if you prefer, via the international freephone telephone numbers we provide.

What if I have multiple offices that want to listen in?
We have a range of individual, group or site attendees, please contact Pure Insight Sales (sales@pure-insight.com) to arrange volume discounts when purchasing multiple registrations for one Webinar or subscriptions to the series.

What are the technical requirements?
Pure Insight uses WebEx™ to deliver its webinars. You will need to download WebEx™ onto your computer and have a live internet connection. You should allow at least 15 minutes before the webinar begins to connect. The WebEx™ client is required to receive the simultaneous slide presentation. A one-time download is therefore necessary. The download will automatically start, when you log in to the WebEx™ session.

WebEx™ supports the following platforms:
Microsoft Windows™
Apple Mac OS X™
Linux
Sun Solaris™

To listen to the webinar, you can use your PC speakers or a headset as we broadcast the audio stream over IP. In case this does not work for you, you can also dial in using our toll free telephone numbers. Dial-in numbers will be displayed once you connected to the webinar session. You will receive a list of dial-in numbers for major countries and a link to the WebEx™ session approx. 48 hours prior to the event.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel your registration for a webinar, you must contact Pure Insight customer service at support@pure-insight.com no later than 72 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the webinar.

You will receive a credit valid for one year. Your credit may be applied towards the purchase of any Pure Insight product.

I missed the event ? can I still access a session?
Don't worry! Pure Insight's Webinars are archived after the event. Just click on 'downloadable webinars' and purchase from there. Webinars will normally become available in the 'downloadable  webinars' section within five working days after the event.

Will I be able to access the webinar through my firewall?
Occasionally, we do have customers who struggle with the live feed of the webinar. They usually choose one of two alternatives:

  • They go the "lower tech" route by using the pre-distributed slides and just using the teleconference number to listen in on the live webinar.
  • They wait for the webinar recording to be published.

I'm having trouble connecting to your live webinar!
If you paid the registration fee for a webinar, you should be able to connect to the webinar using the joining instructions e-mailed to you.
Instructions are usually e-mailed 24-48 hours before the live broadcast.
